Seems humming noise from the power adapter is normal, in general. A more quiet version would be prefers tho. As this is for desktop use. I do use headphones, so I don't hear it. But anyway.

I'm using an USB dac. Fiio, as the audio from my motherboard is.... Not good. There is no line in or mic, on this usb dac. But it's my understanding that rca->3.5mm in to the mic at the back of my motherboard, tell windows to listen to the mic, will get me sound in my headphones.

The MAME SC-55 mk I set does not contain the "extra code" ROM dump. Yeah I believe the rom contained within the cpu needs to be dumped still? Which requires a dumping rom containing a line of code and a logic analyser hooked up to to D0-D7 and WR as the trigger at least thats what I've gathered …

I'm interested in the mkII and no battery roms in particular, as that will probably fix the detuning bug. i start 0.3 with -gs as a workaround for that bug currently. This thread has lived rent free in my head for the longest time. And today I used this knowledge. Luckily, no leakage onto other components. Bought a mk1, 1.20, seller claimed he was the first owner. He had no recollection of changing the battery.
