Re-tested Space Quest 4 MPC Multimedia Ver. under DBox 6.0 but still no speech audio but cracking noise played through soundblaster in game. Before I post an comment to the game database, I want to know whether this problem have been fixed under 0.60. Tunning the conf file could help the problem?

More than just sample! It depends on "engine" of the synthersizer very much. The MS soft Synth have the Sound Canvas Sample but still sounds some different to a real Sound Canvas ... "cheesy"!!! I don't believe having SC sample as a DLS would give any impressive result.
