My question is:
Can I run The Neverhood on Windows XP?
(I'm running WinME but I need to know if it'll work with XP)

You probably can. I've run it under Windows XP and although I have not played it to the end, it's a fairly recent game (based on DirectX) and there should be no problems.

The demo works in XP in 95 Compatibility Mode.

The Neverhood works just fine with Windows XP. If it won't run just set a compatibility mode.
