This guide will help you on how to get long file names working on Windows 3.11.
Instructions Everyone already got mad when you see things like this: 
Code: C:\DOCUME~1\ASMDEV>
Instead of this: Code: C:\DOCUMENTS\ASMDEV>
But now you can have long file names working on Windows 3.11  you just need to download one program, and all your problems will be solved.
Requirements Now we need to download the file ifa400.exe, called Long File Names for Windows 3.1x Programs. Installation Copy the file ifa400.exe to where you want(on this tutorial I will put it on C ), then you need to open the Windows 3.11 File Manager and double-click on the executable:
Just do as every good Windows setup(Next, Next..., Finish  ):
Registration Instant File Access version 4.00 FREEWARE. Registration info is: Code: Name: ALEXOFT
Address: Free Registration Registration Number: 2782913346 This isn't warez, as I've said, it's the FREEWARE serial! 
Now just restart Windows and you will have long file names working and all your problems are solved now:
