Hi folks, hope all is well!

I've been running an emulated 486 machine on PCEm. Things have been running smooth without issues, except for one small detail. I can't for the life of me make Sound Blaster Texto'le tools work (Text to speech, Singing text, etc).

The host machine: AMD Ryzen 5 5500, 16MB of DDR4 3000Mhz, 480GB Crucial SSD NVMe, Windows 11 22H2.

The emulated machine: 486 DX4-100, 16mb RAM, 100MB HDD, Sound Blaster 16. I have installed MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11 FWG in it.

Attached is the error message I get when trying to make it read a text file.
