I have a Sound Blaster Audigy Platinum (Pro?) with the breakout box. This box has both midi in and out connection at the back (same plugs that you find on the back of your Cm-32). That's where I connect my CM-64 (my MT-32 is connected to the CM-64's pass through connection).
Then I have a cable from the audio output of the CM-64 connected to the breakout box' rear line-in ports.
