Has anyone gotten this to work? I'm hoping to get it going for DUKE3D. I have an old S3 card if I must. Looks like FreeBE/AF *might* work but I'm having trouble fingering it out.

according to this
UniVBE and Riva TNT2 M64 totally incompatible? Alternatives?

univbe supports the tnt2 (not m64 version)
and also supports vesa 3.0

I have tested several riva128 cards and all were vesa3.0 compliant, the Duke3d high-res modes worked as-is, no need for a tsr. I don't see why the tnt2 would want a tsr, unless nvidia cheaped out and cut off the bios extensions?

I ended up manually configuring VESA parameters in DUKE3D.CFG, BLOOD.CFG and it's working now. For some reason, just enabling from SETUP.EXE didn't stick.
