For the past 2 years I have been determined to get a community of people together that play Interstate 76 together online, to the best of my knowledge nothing like that exists, so I want to ask anyone who has experience playing Interstate 76 online over the internet setting, not Modem to please help out.
I'm on 28.8K dial up so Interstate 76 should work. Call of Duty 4 does so why would int I76? I still believe that it may be a bit choppy to host though...

The plan is to use Interstate 76 GOLD patched to ver. 1.2 on windows XP SP 2 if you're still having problems patching or getting your copy to work then head over to this thread Interstate '76

If the preset servers in the internet multi-melee setting are still functional then they will be used if not a new one will be made...

Anyone Willing to Help?

I kinda gave up on I'76 online. Soz mate, can't help. Something tells me I gave up because my internet sucked, & lag/ping would have been terrible.

Although, there is one way which you could play with people via LAN but Internet.

Hamachi:

Basically this little thing creates a virtual network, 2 people or more just log in to that, then play the game - go LAN like they were next to each other.

(Games tested, 100% - Hyperblade, RedAlert 3, Age of Empires)
