I've have some video and audio cards, which isn't presented in emulation via PCem, 86Box, dosbox-x. But the first two (or 86Box at least) have possibility to emulate Diamond Stealth 3D 2000. Results isn't perfect but look promising.

So I want to know:
- Could be possible to dump old PCI and AGP cards bioses and rom(s)?
- Whats need for dumping?
- Could it be done with Windows or need to use Linux?
- Whether to use EPROM programmer or FlashROM for dumping or its for motherboards?

Motherboards I use - Asus P4C800, Zida ZX98-CU, Acorp 6VIA85P.
