So I got a canopus X21 Ti500 card.

Apart from being a fast GF3, I want to use a sigmadesigns Xcard MPEG decoder with it. The Xcard outputs to a VESA VIP port - which lets you display HW decoded video in a window on the desktop (otherwise you see a green screen in the window).

Support for the VIP port stopped about the geforce 3 era.

My question is - there are lots of headers on this card. The uppermost one on the X21 card has 26 pins. Is this a VIP connector?

I don't want to toast anything like when that guy connected a pure3dII to his spectra 5400.

Also - has anyone tried the SSH-HDTV output card on this? What does it connect to?
