I have my crappy networked Brother MFC printer working with my Windows 98 computer by using HL-2040 GDI drivers, and a direct IP port. I have software that works correctly to create the direct network port for Windows 3.1, but I do not have any 16-bit GDI printer drivers. The Windows 3.1 computer is correctly sending the print jobs, but the printer is flushing them and ejecting a blank page because all I have are generic text, PS, or PCL drivers.

No, sharing the Win 98 printer and mapping under Win 3.11 does not help as the Win 3.11 drivers are not GDI.

Does anyone have any generic Win 3.x GDI printer drivers they could share that I can work as a base to get this working? My google foo hasn't yielded any fruit - other than get a different printer.
