Firstly, my Gravis Gamepad's connector doesn't grip my sound card's MIDI port well and lacks screws to secure it. Might anyone have a solution?

Second, does anybody have the drivers for this peripheral?

Finally, would the drivers conflict with my sound card's wavetable add-on board?

There is no special driver for the PC Gamepad, it is an "analog" 4 button 2 axis pad much like a analog joystick. Win9x has drivers built in.
Yes it has some digital in it but works as an analog requiring no special driver...

There is a Gravis Util for testing the early gravis pads/joysticks...Re: Gravis Gamepad -- utility?
when archive org goes back on line will post the FAQ from 1997 gravis website....

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Ok wayback is back online.
Here is the FAQ page for PC Gamepad: https://web.archive.org/web/19980128204742/ht … /pcgpad_txt.htm
and drivers: https://web.archive.org/web/19990117015029/ht … re_updates.html
Note: "GamePad --- Use the Windows Joystick Control Panel to setup the joystick. No Gravis software is needed."
