I just got this machine and so far I've replaced the CD drive and added a Conner 120 MB HD. Now if I could find the master CD so I could put it back to stock OS. I suspect it ran Win95 as it's a 486 DX2 50 MHz.

If anyone has one or knows where to get one I would appreciate it.

dx2 50 would imply 3.1. IIRC Packard's win95 line started from P75 up (P75 also having a Win31 launch)

yup, WFW3.11. There is one good restore image on the Internet Archive if you search for what you asked. I've used it on a Packard B Force from that era.
