Hy,
I buyed 2 Turbo XT motherboard, like in the picture.
It count the ram, but show 301 error, and when try to boot, show: error, press f1 to continue.
I try hit f1, but no luck.
I try my other turbo xt mainboard with this xt/at keyboard, its work withput problems.
I need advice to repair this 2 motherboard to recognize the keyboard.
What must change or revise?

That would make sense, yes. Good thinking!

If the jumper pins were simply an interrupted trace, it would explain why it was done that way.
The keylock switch on the chassis would simply close the connection, making the keyboard appear.
Considering the lenght of the keyboard cables and low frequencies back then, a little detour wouldn't hurt.
That way, a switching transistor could be omitted.
