Well it is reported in the game compatibility database as a supported game, but someone noted that it didn't work... So I gave it a try myself: I couldn't get it to work either 😢

tried on dosbox 0.61 with various settings (ems, xms, ...)

The setup works fine, launching inca2 displays some text about its dos-extender, and then there's just a cursor slowly bleeking and nothing more...

The dos-extender text is:
