Master of Orion II is running great for me, save one exception. Prior to an Antaran attack, the game will often generate a cut-screen. This should contain two frames, but only the first shows up when using DosBox. [edit: This is different from the cut-screen video that can also appear -- that displays fine.]

This game came in two flavors originally (dos and windows). I know that the windows version had the two frame sequence. I suppose it's possible that the dos version only uses one frame, but I consider that unlikely unless someone can confirm. For the time being, I'd like to assume that this is a bug. I'm happy to troubleshoot if anyone has any suggestions.
