Solution solved: Fixing cycles to 50000 definitely fixes the menu freez and SB: 8 bit IRQ pending problems, booth Tomb Raider and Unfinnished busines runs perfectly in 3Dfx mode even with Gravis Ultrasound support, runing them in full screen mode, while loading a game instead of black screen the desktop icons are visible but that's all.

Oh yes one other issue: no loading screnshots shown only the desktop is visible. But this does not affect the gameplay at least 🤣 Can anything be done to make the screens appear?
