If you're bored you could try hacking it into the image drive support or the
ioctl audio extraction interface, both provide the most finegrain control as
they go through the dosbox mixer (screw sdl cdda support).

Has anybody tried this game in the 0.74 version? Because the last post from this thread is from 2009

Channel control is implemented in SVN for IMGMOUNT, also for MOUNT with -ioctl_dx, so try an SVN build.

Do you have a link to the Dosbox SVN binaries? It musn't be the last version, only having the changes you told is sufficient
