Can you play sounds in Windows 3.1? Do you have the soundblaster drivers for Windows 3.1 installed in DOSBox?

If you expect anyone to ever be able to help you, you need to learn how to describe your problems in better terms than "it sure was dos something".
You need to install the game in Win3x. Once it works from the Program Manager then just add it to the Start Group.
Latest released version of RUNEXIT (https://www.shdon.com/blog/2013/05/25/update-to-runexit-tool) contains a bug which prevents a target app to start in Windows 3.11: directory path passed into ShellExecute ends with "\" (e.g. C:\HELIX\ instead of C:\HELIX) which prevents it to run app properly. I've created a fork with a fix, you can download an updated executable from here: https://github.com/rayrapetyan/runexit/files/ … 813/RUNEXIT.ZIP
