Hi.

After reading about 4.77Mhz finding - http://www.dosbox.com/wiki/4.77_MHz - try to find values for another Mhz's for interest.
Idea is simple - find correct average values, which gives speed like on real hardware with the same Mhz. (almost, I think)

I'm interesting about how accurately can be matched the cycles for giving Mhz value(for example, 25 or 33 Mhz) and how this all makes sense without different crazy things or something like that.

Important note: I try it for games, which doesn't set to "Max cycles" by DOSBox. Tries with some MaxC games is just experiments, nothing serious.

My calculations:

MIPS
245 (4.7)
1010 (8)
2065 (386)
1.0 = over 1100[MIPS, 1.00]
2.13+1 (10.011) = over 2345(2343); or over 2325[MIPS, 2.13]
2.56+2 (12.032) = over 2820 (2816); or over 2790[MIPS, 2.56]
3.36+3 (16.0272) = over 3700 (3696); or over 3660[MIPS, 3.36]
4.26+4 (20.022) = over 4690 (4686); or over 4640[MIPS, 4.26]
5.32+5 (25.004) = over 5855 (5852); or over 5795[MIPS, 5.32]
7.03+6 (33.041) = over 7735 (7733); or over 7665[MIPS, 7.04], 7660[MIPS, 7.03]

CPUTEST
3920(16Mhz)
5880(20Mhz)
6860(25Mhz)
7840(32Mhz)

SLOWDOWN
3800(16Mhz)
4800(20Mhz)
6100(25Mhz)
8500(33Mhz)

Tested games:
The Legend of Kyrandia II: The Hand of Fate [Floppy, 1.00c] - 20 Mhz or high

Not tested yet:
The Legend of Kyrandia [Floppy, 1.00] - 12 Mhz or high

Experiments:
Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers [Floppy, 1.0; 22/11/1993] - not bad on 25; looks almost without slows in 33.

P.S.: Sorry if its not allowed in this forum section. Be glad from moving to the right place.
