pDosBox is a port of DOSBox for the PocketPC, but it does not have a copy of the licence with it nor is the source code available to download.

He does mention:
pDOSBox 0.63-p1 is based on the latest DOSBox 0.63 (as of April 2005).
I doubt that satisfies the GPL tho but it doesn't look like he's not mentioning DosBox on purpose. Just laziness... 😉
I wish he would sort it out, theres a bug I really want to fix so I can run Windows 3.11 on it 😁
