Is there a quick FAQ and patch set for using Ultrasound? I never owned one of the cards myself so I don't know much about it, but I'd love to hear the famous music quality.

Wow that was a bit of a trial, couldn't find the files except for some sloooooow FTPs in China and Russia, took some time to get them... but installed now and managed to get it working. Sounded quite nice in the games I tried it in, probably not quite as nice as my General MIDI but pretty good!
By the way I've put up a mirror of Ultrasnd installation for super-ease of use. Just extract it to your mounted C:\ULTRASND folder and you're ready to go. This is the standard 4.11 installation, so if you want the 1.5 or 1.6 update patches then you can do it yourself. 😀
