When i try to play any games / use any programs (like BC++), they cant reach any files (read/write). I always get :
Warning : File creation failed.
Does anyone know solution?

You should give us more details (what precisely you did, how you mounted discs etc)...
Mirek
example : i have a game located at C:\SP
in dosbox i write :
Z: mount A C:\SP
Z: A:
A: run program
That runs successful, but when it tries to update its files, than i get that error.
First of all, most DOS programs assume A: and B: are floppy drives, as they are in real DOS. I'm not sure, but also maybe DosBox treats them as floppy drives and it may default to write-protected mode. If the program you're running expects to be run from a hard disc folder, mount as C instead.
The other thing is just to make sure the folder you're mounting (eg. C:\SP) isn't write protected.
I had tried it with C,D: too.
About wr-protect, the folder is protected, but the files themselves are not. I cant remove write-protection from folder. Can it be problem? When i try to uncheck it, it auto rechecks.
