Unfortunately the BSNES shaders won't work with DOSBox. They use an XML format, that doesn't seem to be that widely supported by other emulators. I've been hoping for a DOSBox compliant version of the xBR shader for a while myself. Looks like you already found the threads with info on DOSBox compatible shaders though.

I'm pretty sure the Yhkwong build already comes with at least 2 CRT shaders. I'm guessing there are at least a few others scattered around, including a few in the CRT shader thread you had also posted in.
