Glidos Audio and Texture Packs in TombRaider

Hey

I thought i would try glidos for a change specifically because it can add in all the audio and support TRX from what i was told

However the audio is muffled and has bursts of static , I have changed Glidos to use MP3 and installed the Audio Pack on the glidos website, but it still makes the horrible noises.

I have installed the texture packs and selected them in the game option but when i try to run the game with these textures it doesn't actually do anything!

Can someone help me please .... Thanks

Surprisingly often people have problems like this, they delete the entire installation - tombraider and glidos - download everthing again, reinstall and all is well. Besides the texture packs, get everything from http://www.glidos.net, including the tombraider installation using the preconfigured archive.

Failing that, try setting Glidos to use Direct3D, rather than OpenGl, in case you have the Microsoft drivers for your graohics card.

If using Vista, you need VDos32 too.
