I know this is probably a stupid question...but is it possible to use both NOLFB and VDMsound on one program?
If so, how?
Thanks =P

What is NOLFB?!?!?
Yes, it is possible. Just make a batch file with NOLFB and the game executable in it and run the batch file with VDMSound.
NOLFB is a utility that causes the VESA feature of video cards running under Win2K/XP to report that no linear framebuffer support is available. This is needed to make some games work, as Win2K/XP allows this feature to be reported but not to be used. Preventing it from being reported to games as supported often causes the games to fall back on slower banked modes.
Sounds great. If only it were real...

Eh? What's that supposed to mean?
I've used NOLFB and VDMSound without any problems (using the above method, or something similar) for months.
When it doubt, try it out ;->
Time is a plaything,
But if it breaks,
You're f*****.
