MT-32.reverb.mode, MT32.reverb.time, and MT32.reverb.level are for MT-32 emulation or MUNT (mididevice=mt32), not for fluidsynth(mididevice=synth)

What are the limits with the patch, in theory? 110gb? In theory? I don't know, but I think it depends upon the operating system and the file system. Note that this is experimental and not a complete patch, meaning that it still may have some bugs. I confirmed that booting from my 4gb hdd img also …

The OpenGL-HQ patch is for SDL, not for DOSBox. Try -up1 instead of -u. patch -up1 < openglhq-dosbox-for-sdl-202121117_msvc_gcc.patch
