So for example if i want to use OPL3 card i would do this: SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 H5 P330 T6 (OPL3) rem SET BLASTER=A220 I3 D1 H5 P330 T1 (OPL2) And than save & run?

Does Autoexec.bat have an ignore line command? For example ";" or "//" or something? I cant be bothered to edit it fully every time i want to use a different sound card for what tracker i want to use it... No matter, IDE 1 or IDE2, master, slave or cable select. The hard drive electronics were interfering with the sound card. Once i switched to an other hard drive, everything worked fine.

Oh wow, it was a hard drive problem. The circuitry in the Seagate was conflicting with the circuitry for the CDROM on the sound card. The problem is solved now. Thanks a lot guys!

The exact same driver i used in the other PC, and than since it didn't work i have downloaded some drivers from the Internet... I have tried moving it from one slot to an other, still same problem. I'm starting to lose hope... I've reinstalled windows, drivers, updated BIOS, disabled on-board audio, edited with sysedit -> autoexec, config, various drivers... It just wont work! It works perfectly fine on the other PC, but it wont work at all on this PC... (Sorry for 3 posts in a row)

Tried updating the drivers from windows 98SE CD. Still getting Code 10 error and no sound card detected (cant enable it)(the card is detected in the add/remove hardware wizard). It was functioning perfectly in the other computer...

Hey guys, it seems it was an error with my memory module. Once i replaced the faulty SD ram module the computer started normally and recognized my CT1350. I am moving the card into my OptiPlex GX1 500 and will test it from there, since this PC it is in now will be sold.

Sound blaster CT2230 PRO 3 works perfectly. As well as AWE64 GOLD, Terratec EWS64S, Vibra. Only CT1350B makes it not respond at all, not even a picture on the screen. As for CT1600 drivers can not detect it.
