The main trouble with I865 and Win9x -- there is no Intel Application Accelerator or similar. So 137+ GB HDDs aren't supported...

I will test Retro Edition later in WinME. P.S. 2.1.1.2201 isn't WinXP compatible? *Censored* Tested, 2.1.1.2201 has installed in WinXPSP3 w/o problems. WinXPSP3. 1) LBGold 1.03F + lbg104e + goldfx = not starts. "By design", can't be fixed? Copy flight.dle, objview.dle, tutor.dle, wail32.dll and wrapdll.dle from [CD1]\GAME to the game directory THEN use goldfx.exe. 2) No movies (goldfx and 1.04f). Can be fixed? Tnx.

By default GLHexen installs a 3dfx minigl as opengl32.dll in the game directory. So -- V2 through glide only. Delete this file then try again.

As you say it can use Glide (thanks for informing me!), but it also uses Direct3D, meaning, from my testing, GyberGladiators can be confirmed of using Direct3D for acceleration and removed from consideration from Glide only. To be more precise -- the glide mode with the glide2x interface. NFS3 Voodoo3 patch uses glide3x = no fog. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2001 with voodoo2z uses glide3x = no fog. IMHO this is a bug in the "Thrash" engine.

The instruction misses 1 step. 8.5. Select "WSUS" in the WUMT "Update Service" droplist. Tested on my retroPC (WinXPSP3 Pro), updates were founded, downloaded and installed.
