There were adventure games Les Manley 1: Search for the King and Altered Destiny by Accolade that had an "Enhanced EGA" driver setting which utilized a wider palette rather than the standard EGA. Your last version of dosbox runs fine. I don't use frontends but I use .bat files to run dosbox like this: go.bat c:\dosboxsave2\dosbox C:\coleco -conf dosbox-0.74.conf I run dos games this way.

I leave dosbox and run it with colemdos again. I get "No saved file for the slot. Aborted" when loading the state from the menu but it works fine when pressing Alt+F9 in game.

Dosbox crashes when saving states when playing Colemdos, a ColecoVision emulator for dos.

Banners don't use gifs anymore. They use huge videos of 10 megs each. I break easily my 3gigs limits without paying extras.

It's nice that all systems are being considered, but they were never targeted in the real world. I don't think that most developers were even aware that there are several CGA revisions with the difference being in the composite video encoder. So those two are essential, because games can be found …

I get "You must run SBFMDRV.Com before using this program" and "CTVoice.drv not found in directory" when playing Gold Runner Shareware) with sound. Gold Runner can run on Dosbox without sound but it's dull playing it. The game came from A CD shareware collection.

Jill 2 works fine for me. Be sure you use the last version of Dosbox (0.74) and nothing has changed in dosbox.conf.

Not that strange. In mode 10, the 4 colours have the same palettes than the mode 4. CGA-PCjr is made that way.

I don't have sokoban when I was using a pcjr until 1994. Alley Cat works fine on the PCjr but I can't tell if Sokoban also works on the PCjr or not.
