That's not a precision pro, that's the sidewinder force feedback pro. And the reason the stick hangs crooked to the side is because the force feedback motors are used to center the stick. I removed the heatspreader from my k6-III+ and run it at 600mhz on a ga-5ax rev 4.1 @ 1.6v without any issues.

The Stealth64v+ is not a soundcard, the 3.5mm output is only there to route the audio from the optional mpeg-1 decoder board that attached to one of the headers to an actuall soundcard.

They ebay auction mentions "No power switch" so you might want to take a look around for another one. I have a coolermaster centurion (original)that has the AT holes, and I'm not 100% sure but I think the centurion 5 has them as well.

I know for a fact that most coolermaster cases still fit a AT board. You'll have to fabricate your own backplate/bracket for the keyboard plug. I can only recommend the ga-5ax boards. rev 4.x and 5.x are rock solid, and overclock consistently so far (tried 3 boards upto now). Dont forget to remove the heatspreader from the CPU to expose the die to overclock succesfully. You will also need a good copper core cooler.

I havent tried, but I updated to the latest bios before I installed the k6-3+. just to be on the safe side. Its bios revision f3 or f4 from the top of my head. Im not sure. Im going to try and clock it higher by upping the FSB. I removed the heatspreader from the CPU to allow for better cooling.
