All I know is I can get CTCU to work if I run a win98se bootdisk from http://www.bootdisk.com/, but if I try and run it from Dos 7.0 (with bootgui=0 in msdos.sys), the program aborts and says "cannot be run from within Windows" (or words to that effect). Oh... forgot to mention again.... You might already know this, but if you are getting DMA crackling with the Ultrasound, try settting it to a higher DMA. DMA 5 and above are 16-bit, and it's supposedly better. In the GUS manuals, they say basically... "if a DMA of 5 or higher works in your system, …

Hah! Thanks for the backup KAN. 😈 But yeah. 6.22 ... hard to keep all these numbers straight. 😖 Jemm386 is very cool. The author just added an UNLOAD feature too, which pretty much makes it do everything I could want. Don't run Win.com with it running tho, my system freezes.

The only reason I've heard to use DOS 6.11 is to save some conventional memory. DOS 7.1 seems to be completely compatible, all games and things should run fine on it (can anyone verify this?).
