Try dosbox.conf with "fullresolution=640x480" & "windowresolution=640x480". Where "640x480" is your Screen resolution. And also try "output=surface" and "output=overlay" + "aspect=false" and true. I found out when running jdosbox with 2 parameters it gives an extreme speed boost. run on command line: java -jar -Xms40m -Xmx384m jdosbox.jar with this parameters i get ~67 Fps in PCPBench instead of ~46. even Quake 1 is now playable (at the first 20 seconds it is laggy, but then it runs smooth. …
