Increasing 4 gamepad buttons to 6

After e-mailing Vlad a few times over the past week, we sorted out my 4 button gamepad control in TombRaider 1, (DOS based). Vlad thought that u could only get max 4 btns in DOS, but I currently have all 6 buttons running on an old Pentium 233 with a Yamaha OPL3sax ISA soundcard. How can I get …
