I get an error that Seawolf requires an expanded memory manger to run. What do I need to do?

I just recently bought the game on CD and having trouble going through the installation. It is a game I enjoyed playing several years ago and would like to have it operating on my laptop in an XP environment. Can someone simply the set up instructions for me to install and operate the game. Thanks.
