1. Still no info on windows power plan. It should be set to at least "high performance". Also plug in the laptop's power cord. 2. As mentioned, need to see CPU load in task manager to see the max clock speed. A tool like HWinfo would be even better. 3. Don't emulate a network card. Completely …
