This is dual 5v rail for the audio chip, 5v standby goes through this mosfet then a diode then it looks like to the input of the 5v regulator (78l05) and when pc is on, the input of 5v regulator should get power from 12v rail.

One thing I noted is that there are some resistors marked 512 below the ram chips. As per my understanding this is supposed to be 5.1 k ohm. However on measuring these it showed 2.6 k ohm. Measure every zero ohm and 56 ohms resistor around the ram chips on both side of pcb, they are in form of single resistors and resistor arrays. it's annoying task but you might get lucky and find an open resistor.

I see discoloration under the north bridge, hopefully solder joints are not cracked under the chip, not a big fan of nForce motherboards with passive cooling.

280 ohms is pretty good, so there's hope that southbridge is not toasted. I would start measuring the mosfets source and drains on those rails.

You can gently shave away the plastic with a hobby knife, then push the broken leg back to its place and solder it. although chip seems to have suffered from an Impact, you might need to replace it.
