Hmmmmmmmmm jumpy jumpy what does it means? Did you mean tha in playing soud or music there are cyclic breaks? If yes, try to check your sound configuration. And USB flash 1GB? It cant be expensive for you when you can buy such a comp. Isnt it? I know that USB keys are quite unstable (loosing data), but ZIP uhhh. I now prefer only RAR drive technology 😉

Maybe this will be helpful. Turn off all graphics render procedure, also duble buffering. And check your sound buffer (isnt it too high?).
