David Wolf - AdLib sound

Is it possible to play music through AdLib in David Wolf: Secret Agent? The installation program can select AdLib as a sound option, but the game still uses PC speaker for its music. I tried it on several computers and emulators, I also tried to slow down the computer.

I don't know if it's considered to be a sound driver, but "Sound, Graphics & Aircraft Upgrade" for Microsoft Flight Simulator 4.0 requires SBTALKER.EXE and SBTALK.BAT from the Sound Blaster installation package to be able to speak.
