Glad to see you managed to get the driver file which was PLX-Version_2.3.zip. Just as FYI - PLX-Version_2.3.zip is totally the right driver even though exsys Italy mentions it's for EX-40032 card. You could see here that PLX-Version_2.3.zip file is listed for EX-4006.
