As mentioned, you don't need -5V. The real question is what exactly is desired. OPL3 music? Creative MIDI? General MIDI with a daughterboard? Or something else? I recently tested the two cards against each other, but the PCI variants. Compared to the Voodoo 3, the DVD player on the TNT M64 at least started with hardware acceleration. But not much came out of it, that's true. So i still would prefer the Voodoo 3.^^

On average, both graphics cards are equally fast. The TNT2 M64 has advantages in DOS, but uses more conventional memory. The TNT2 has MPEG2 acceleration, the Voodoo 3 doesn't really. Thanks. There are suitable 2.0mm USB brackets. One less problem. The PS/2 mouse connection remains. The pins for this are not on a line and must be connected individually. There are 2.0mm to 2.54mm jumper cables, but only two-pin. Three of those and it should work. Not pretty but doable.
