The HDD BIOS size limit does not apply to the SCSI disks, because these use the BIOS of the controller instead of the sytem BIOS. Systen BIOS disk section is usually set to none if using SCSI. So if the controller supports the 2 GB disk, it will work in the system. There are other limits …

If the driver was installed successfully before it should be in the windows directory allready and hence should be detected automatically. Same for the inf file.
