Oh and thank you for offering to check components on your card but that won't be necessary. I have another working V3 and could check myself. I just thought it'd save me some time if there was such a list available.

I have a little collection of s423 motherboards, mostly QDI brand. Why? Because they have PC/PCI connectors on them meaning they support DOS sound even without ISA slots.

It's more than a belt; several of the buttons don't work properly, either can't be pressed down or when pressed don't click in place and stay down (the "play" button does that), so there's more to it. It's not critical, I have a Interface 1bis to use with it https://sites.google.com/site/ …

It lives. 😀 Had to glue the case back together in a number of places, add a composite out mod and a PAL/NTSC converter, and also build a US-compatible power supply. The cassette player/recorder is still busted. But the "computer" part works fine.

I've also had better results with AMD-based thin clients; the best I have so far as compatibility goes is a Zotac Zbox MA760, which has a FX-7600P chip and is similar in many ways to the Wyse 5060. They all work without issues on the previous generation iGPUs, HD4xxx on Ivy Bridge chips.

Probably not the case, I've had it running fine on even faster machines. Like a quad-core i5 at 3.4GHz.
