I fixed the bugs that were causing problems. The game now runs smoothly with sounds and music in the CVS version (not 0.61!). Before you start the game the first time, open dragon.res with a text editor and replace all occurences of -o:1 and -o:2 by -o:0 . This will disable fade-ins. Otherwise, the …

anyway DS runs (always did) in pure dos, thru little partition. tho i hear speech only during conversations, not for Description of the environment, nor in the intro sequence. is it normal ?

overuse ? with Kq5 ??? btw did any1 play it ? (cd version) if so isn't there a way to play the game with speech AND text ? (same thing about Police Quest 4, that seems to accept either text or speech, which is crazy IMHO)

Police Quest 4 runs like a charm now....jolly great but we're still far away from an acceptable slowing-down. y'know if u played a bunch of sierra games now.... sum animations go very well, others are strangely swishy flashy(the not-of-ur-character's ones).... a similar thing happens with Ultima VII …

unbelievable! speedset won't work running it from the batch. but it will work if u type the function in when u customize configuration inside VDM, in the DOS Environment button (autoexec)!
