Okay, i bought CD-R Discs. I tried it the way, you wrote. Problem is, that it only copy the Floppy Files. i specified the files for w98 in imgburn and then i activated the adv. part. It was possible to boot via usb stick with win98 bootdisk Image on it. Problem was, that i had my real HDD as Drive D and could not change it as the primary partition via fdisk. Oh, that sounds interesting. I have no Floppy in this Lap, but i guess i can use a USB Stick for this method (as a Boot Disk).

Thanks. I opened it today to install a new bios battery. I also checked the RAM. But i cannot remove any RAM, cause this Model has no removable RAM (I checked a Youtube Video how to change RAM for my Model, and i have no soft installed RAM) 🙁

You can start it without issues if u install freedos/dos6.22 in dosbox. It works well then.

I use SVN Daum DOSBox Build and these settings: core=dynamic cputype=pentium_mmx cycles=fixed 53499 I run the game in 800x600 on DOSBox. Those cycles was the highest count i could set. Higher made problems. With the config above it runs good on my computer. With 53500 i had soundproblems. 😁

If the XMS is deactivated, i can enter the copy-protection code, hit enter and play the game - but without sound. If I activate the XMS i can also start the Game and i can enter the copy-protection code but i cant play the game cause there comes no reaction if i hit the enter key.

Hi, I can play the Game, but without Sound, cause of the deactivated XMS Support in my Config. If reactivate the XMS Support the Game starts but i cant check the Copyprotection Code. Any Idea? Some additional Informations: I tried SVN Daum Version, DOSBox 073,072 and 074.

hey Ripsaw. No, there come no message about joystick. I also tried different DOSBox COnfigurations. Its exactly the problem i had in real hardware if a joystick where stuck between two chairs or so 😀 I got an error in the setup that there is no joystick. I play solo so yes, player and computer.
