Oh I forgot. This would be handy to know anyway. Where does one put the device statements in Dosbox? I have the "C:\Program Files\DOSBox-0.74-3\DOSBox 0.74-3 Options.bat" but do not see any config.sys staements.

I think I tried this a few years ago and had forgotten that I was using Ansisysplus ( I should check ) so maybe that is the problem. I think I will just write a new routine that uses Autolisp, a script and a standard editor to do the task inside the Autocad/dos Dosbox that returns the edited text …

I managed to get F6 back and workin normally. Now I want to have F6 activated by pressing the Escape key. The keymapper says it is but it actually isn't. How would one have F6 key activated when Escape key is pressed? I'm saving the kemapper after assigning F6 to the Escape Key.

In some cases you may have to re-map the keyboard to suit your needs. I did and evrything works fine now except I have to remember I swapped a couple of keys. Try what ripsaw8080 wrote first.

It could be some problem with your choice of video drivers in Dosbox. I had similar problems with a 3 button mouse until I changed the video in Dosbox to the "openglnb" virtual driver.

Just use the keymap function to make the keys do what you want.

It would be nice. Have you lost anything yet? Have you run the XP windows defragmenter yet? Are you using 36 bit? (Obviuosly) NC was always my favaorite tool except for... you know.
