Maybe I am old, but I was in college in 2009....sooo, I remember Pentium 4 PCs, my high school still used Pentium III CPUS with Windows 2000. I just cringe at some kid wanting help with super duper old uber retro windows Vista

If you are able to, please upload the drivers to the vogonsdrivers repository. Also, I found an awe32Value card in a box of spare parts, so I swapped for that, so I guess problem solved...

None of the drivers you linked worked. The chipset refused to install. The sound drivers installed but didn't detect any driver, and the graphics drivers failed with an unknown error "hardware installation halted, unknown hardware error. Please see program documentation." I checked the readme, no …

Oh wow! Thanks! I couldn't find any chipset drivers...let alone know where to find them...I will check out those sound drivers. Now, as for the Intel graphics chip drivers, any ideas on that?

So sorry to necro-post, but I hope this thread isn't too old to post on. Would a single Voodoo 2 paired with an athlon 700mhz choke? Or would that be an ok system? I have a pentium 2 and a pentium 3 I can throw it in. Though I was really wanting to pair it with the 700mhz...hypothetically.
