Not sure if this is connected, but MDK benchmark always gets me a score of 250 under Dosbox. Probably hitting the 30/60fps vsync; while a P233Mhz natively gets about 225 score points. Thanks for the tips! Dosbox can't run defrag, even when elevated to admin rights? I've never tried it before. I just plan on running Norton Commander or clone at best. I wonder if there's still any programs made today for the original 16 bit version, or later dosbox versions?

I really liked it for the battery life it offers. Together with a keyboard, meant for the pro-series, I get a real "all day" battery out of it, no matter what I do (except heavy gaming, which lasts about 6 hours only). No x86 pc or laptop, without an overly large battery can do that!
