I agree with Tetrium about the HD3450 and HD5450 not being used correctly. I really doubt you'd get NVidia cards working well under such conditions either. Now the HD6450, could be that it doesn't have good drivers for XP. Not an excuse, but that card is pretty new and XP is now 2 generations old. …

For what you want to do with this rig, upgrading ram is the #1 thing to do. Then I would upgrade the gpu. The 7950GX2 was a great card. but modern low/mid cards stomp all over it.
