Can anyone please post the patched DOSbox Windows EXE for this?

I've read both of those sections in the DOSBOX manual several times. I've added lines to the AUTOEXEC portion of the DOSBOX CONFIG file to mount a folder on my PC as a drive letter, and lines to IMGMOUNT and boot a Hard Drive Image File. Is there any simple way to use (and boot) from a hard drive image and also use a regularly mounted folder as you normally would. It just seems to me that this would make it easier to load files into the image-based "PC". Or do I have to use a virtual hard drive mount tool (which is more cumbersome). …
